Meet Alisa Bennett

Owl Canyon Consulting is led by Alisa Bennett, a leadership consultant, executive coach, and talent development specialist with a background in education, behavioral science, and organizational psychology. Alisa has spent her career helping individuals and teams reach their potential, working across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, local government, and professional services.


She brings experience supporting both small organizations and complex systems, including environments connected to billion-dollar operations. At the heart of her work is a belief that strong leadership is built through clarity, trust, and practical support—not pressure or performative fixes. Known for her ability to quickly build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and translate insight into action, Alisa partners closely with leaders who want to grow themselves while strengthening their teams.
